The Global Association for Mentoring & Coaching was created to fulfil a clear purpose.

We wanted to create an association that is more than just a certification body – a vibrant space for quality, attitude and development in mentoring and coaching.

At a time when coaching is booming and terms are being used in an inflationary way, we wanted to create clarity. We saw the need for a quality seal that not only tests methods but also the people behind them: their integrity, their impact, their responsibility.

And so the Global Association for Mentoring & Coaching was launched – by experienced coaches, mentors, leaders and educators.

From the outset, our vision was broader than the individual perspective. We want to create an international quality framework that not only empowers individuals, but also supports companies, organisations and educational institutions that focus on professional and value-oriented support and sustainable development..

A global network that promotes quality in mentoring and coaching, enables reflective development and empowers people in their responsibility.
