In 1996, I founded the coaching institute Living Sense with the vision of inspiring people and encouraging them to follow their inner wisdom. With an integral coaching approach that went far beyond purely solution-oriented counselling, I significantly shaped the coaching landscape in Switzerland. Our holistic model helped to establish coaching as an effective and scientifically recognised method.
Growing demand has turned an idea into a renowned training centre for professional coaches. Living Sense has become a leading institution for coaching and mentoring – nationally and internationally.
But development means change. After almost three decades of successful work in the coaching industry, I have decided to pass the institute on to new management so that I can continue to follow my path consistently. Today, I am committed to the further development of the profession through the Global Association for Coaching & Mentoring. The association stands for excellence, innovation and sustainable development in coaching and mentoring. It unites leading minds in the industry and offers a platform for exchange, research and practical training.
With my experience and deep understanding of integral consciousness development, transformative leadership and holistic growth, I am helping to set new standards and actively shape the future of coaching and mentoring. Let us achieve the next evolutionary step of professional support together – for a conscious, inspired and purpose-driven society.
I am a curious and open-minded person with a varied and international professional background. For many years, I held senior positions in the financial industry, including Managing Director at renowned companies such as Swiss Bank Corporation, Credit Suisse and Hongkong & Shanghai Bank.
Diese Zeit ermöglichte es mir, verschiedenste Geschäftsbereiche aufzubauen und zu erweitern, länderübergreifende Teams zu führen und tiefe Einblicke in unterschiedliche Kulturen und Perspektiven zu gewinnen – insbesondere während meiner beruflichen Stationen in Indien, Singapur und Dubai.
In addition to my work in the financial world, I have taken on entrepreneurial responsibility as co-founder of a software company and worked for six years in management consultancy for the financial industry as well as for SMEs in various sectors. These experiences have shaped my leadership and business understanding and given me valuable insights into the dynamics of change processes and corporate development. Self-employment opened up new dimensions of experience for me and laid the foundation for the successful implementation of my own projects and company start-ups.
After selling my former company and consciously leaving the world of finance, I followed my inner calling and realised a vision that had been with me for a long time: to support people on their individual development paths. Today, I contribute my experience and expertise as a managing partner at Living Sense Executive and Living Sense.
My work is characterised by the conviction that personal and professional growth depends to a large extent on the ability to expand one's own thinking and to allow new perspectives. I see my role as accompanying people in their challenges, making their resources and talents visible and creating new approaches to relevant topics. Our perception determines our reality – what we recognise, we include, what we do not recognise, remains hidden from us. I am an open-minded, enthusiastic person with a wide range of interests and a broad and diverse professional and personal life experience. My professional path has taken me from Zürcher Kantonalbank to the telecommunications company Orange (now Salt) and Phonak/Sonova, and finally to the manufacturing supplier industry at Weidplas and Aebi Schmidt. During these varied and intensive years, I was able to work with many interesting people and cultures and successfully lead teams in a wide range of roles and at various levels of the hierarchy.
With over 25 years of experience in the field of human resources, I have gained in-depth operational and strategic knowledge in the areas of learning & development, employee, organisational and cultural development. In various national and international HR management roles and as a member of the management team, I have been able to make a significant contribution to the successful implementation of visions and strategies in a dynamic business context. I have always been fascinated by how companies develop when people are supported in their individual and collective development.
A few years ago, I made a conscious decision to follow my inner desire and to apply my extensive experience and knowledge in my current role as Managing Partner at Living Sense Executive and at Living Sense.
My passion lies in providing professional, solution-oriented and individually tailored support and advice to companies and teams undergoing change processes. My thinking and actions are strongly influenced by a holistic approach – with a clear focus on the entrepreneurial. Mindfully accompanying people with all their facets gives me great joy and inspires me anew every day. I am convinced that sustainable transformation succeeds when people recognise themselves, develop their potential and actively participate in shaping their future.
